    Bob is widely known as the go to Recruiter for International Finance. His past experience is in human resources, technology and marketing in the Midwest. Mr. Flores is a former business owner specializing in trade finance, trade services and marketing while maintaining interest in all other disciplines of the financial arena. Mr. Flores is our Director of Operations and Recruiting.

  • Senior Executive Recruiter

    Scott joined Flores Financial in mid 2022 after a 20-year career in International Trade Finance, where he helped firms throughout the United States ranging from Multinationals and Financial Institutions to SMEs with all aspects of Trade Finance and Working Capital Optimization.
